Shipping

At Neomax Footwear we deal with a lot of companies from around the world. This means different shipping times per company. Normally your package will arrive within 2 weeks if not faster. If there is a national holiday and your package may take longer we will let you know. It's rare but can happen.

Packaging

Dealing with manufacturers from all over the world we do have to work with customs. There are certain rules in place which can slow down your package delivery. We bypass these issues by sending your product in a bubble wrapped bag instead of a box, which passes through customs much faster and reliably.
